Introduction
Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd, or better known as SPLASH, is the concessionaire appointed by the State Government of Selangor in January 2000 to build, operate and maintain the Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 3 (SSP3).
The 30-year SSP3 concession also includes taking over the operation and maintenance of the Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 1 (SSP1).
