Benchmark Setting via Integrated Management System (IMS)

SPLASH advocates management excellence and performance efficiency in managing its business. All SPLASH water treatment plant laboratories are accredited with the ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Management System (SSP1 since October 2001 and SSP3 since September 2006).

In May 2008 SPLASH was awarded the prestigious Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety & Health (QESH) Management System (ISO9001:2000, ISO14002:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007) for the management and support services at its headquarters and the operation and maintenance of the SSP3 water treatment plants and the Sungai Selangor Dam. The Sungai Selangor Dam is also the first water supply regulating dam in Selangor to achieve and implement the integrated QESH management system in its daily operations.

Environmental & Social Commitment

Environmental & social commitment and responsibility are the core principles of SPLASH´s code of ethics. Since the inception of the SSP3 project, SPLASH had committed itself to implement the project and operate its business in an environmentally sustainable manner.
